How it is grown

Rou Gui bushes are cultivated in rocky Wuyi terrain where drainage, stone and fog shape the famous yancha structure. Slow mountain growth creates dense aromatic leaves.

How to brew it

Use 5 g per 120 ml. Water 96–100°C. Quick first infusion of 10–15 seconds with short successive steeps. Also works as a richer western infusion for 2 minutes.
